Market Readiness of Low Carbon Heavy Duty Vehicles
The objective of this research is to conduct a comprehensive review and assessment of the readiness of various powertrain designs, notably battery, and hydrogen, in decarbonizing heavy-duty vehicles. The analysis will encompass technical, societal, financial, and environmental aspects associated with each powertrain, as well as evaluate the existing infrastructure and regulatory requirements. The ultimate goal of this research is to enhance understanding regarding the challenges and advantages of each decarbonization strategy.
