Submissions to the Green Climate Fund Board

The Green Climate Fund was established at Cancun in December 2010 as part of the effort to reform the financial mechanism of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Its Instrument was adopted in Durban in December 2011. Its involves observers from academia, NGOs and the private sector and takes in to account submissions by observes.
