Energy Policy for an Independent Scotland – Continuity or Change?
The Scottish Government has recently set out a blueprint for an independent Scotland in its White Paper on Scotland’s Future. In this Comment, Malcolm Keay looks at the proposals on energy policy in Chapter 8 of the White Paper. The Scottish Government is trying to tread a delicate balance between continuity and change – sometimes the result is only to increase uncertainty.
