Oxford Energy Podcast – A double-edged sword for India’s energy sector?

In this podcast, David Ledesma talks to Anupama Sen, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute, to discuss her recently published OIES Comment, “A Double Edged Sword for India’s Energy Sector?”, which looks at the implications of the coronavirus pandemic for India’s energy sector.
