Library

The Institute’s library has in excess of 12,500 titles, comprising one of the foremost public collections of books, journals and statistical sources within its specialist subject areas. In addition, around 150 journals and annuals, many of a statistical nature, are received each year either through subscription or donation. There are now lengthy back files of some of these serial publications. The library also receives over 100 company reports each year.

The library is used not only by Institute staff, but also by students from Oxford and other universities, and by academic researchers from abroad. The Institute’s policy remains to maintain the library as a valuable research tool and to make it as widely accessible as possible.
